About Me – Dr n. med. Hubert Gołąbek

I graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2013. In 2019, I successfully defended my doctoral thesis on canal irrigation at the Medical University of Warsaw. In addition to completing my dental studies and defending my dissertation, I also pursued further education through the International Program in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, which I completed in 2016. Furthermore, I successfully completed postgraduate studies in Healthcare Management at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2018. Apart from that, I expanded my education by completing the Negotiation Program at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2020.

I am the author of numerous scientific publications, primarily in the field of endodontics. I also serve as a lecturer at congresses, conferences, and workshops for dentists, focusing on endodontics and related topics, both domestically and internationally. I also explored dentistry-related business aspects by authoring and publishing the book “Stomatologiczny Taktyk Negocjacyjny czyli techniki negocjacyjne w prowadzeniu działalności stomatologicznej ” (Dental Negotiation Tactictian – negotiation tactics in management of a dental practice), which relates to negotiation techniques in dental practice. Additionally, I am the translator and editor of the Polish version of the book “Mikrochirurgia endodontyczna” (Endodontic Microsurgery), the editor of the Polish version of the book “Mikrochirurgia w endodoncji” (Microsurgery in Endodontics), and the translator of the Polish version of the book “Powtórne leczenie endodontyczne: Rozwiązania terapeutyczne w chorobach tkanek okołowierzchołkowych pochodzenia endodontycznego” (Retreatment in Endodontics: Solutions for Periapical Diseases of Endodontic Origin).

Since March 2022, I have been serving as the Chairman of the Endodontics Section of the Polish Dental Association. I am also the creator of a device called SafeTri, which is designed to reduce the risk of needlestick injuries. In my clinical practice, I primarily focus on non-surgical and microsurgical endodontics.

My approach to treatment emphasizes minimal invasiveness. The greatest satisfaction in my work comes from the opportunity to save teeth from extraction.
